The Next Three Days happens to be a really good Russel Crowe led movie. I enjoyed watching it and was involved in the story till the end. You can't go wrong with a cast like the one this movie has. It has a nice solid story line showing the transformation of a quiet academic teacher into a determined criminal mastermind.

The movie is about a college professor, John (Russell Crowe) and his working wife, Lara (Elizabeth Banks). They enjoy a peaceful family life until one day everything changes for them. Lara is charged with murder of her boss and is sentenced to prison. John is convinced about his wife's innocence but all evidence against her are so overwhelming that he is unable to release her from this wrongful charge. It's after years of struggle, John begins to see no other way out other than, breaking into the prison and helping his wife escape. And thats all this movie is about :)
